RETURN POLICY
Return/Exchange Policies

If you are unsatisfied with our products, virtueperfume.com will be more than happy to process a return or exchange for you. Items MUST be in their original condition and return post-marked in their original box within 14 days of receiving them. If the item(s) sent was incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact customer service by phone or email.

[ Step1: Returns/ Exchanges Request ]

Please include the following when placing an RETURN or EXCHANGE to enable us to process your return/exchange. Make sure you include the SKU#, style#, product name, color, size, quantity, and price. You can find the necessary information on your original invoice.
When placing a Return/Exchange Request, email us at service@virtueperfume.com and include the following information: 
  • First and Last Name
  • Billing and Shipping Addresses (if different)
  • Phone Number
  • Order Number (found at the top of your original invoice)
  • Items for Return
  • Reasons for Return
  • Items for Exchange: please include style#, product name, color, size, and quantity of requested exchange items
[ Step 2: Pack and Ship ]
Place the form with the items into a secure package (the original packaging if possible). A return address to our Customer Service/Distribution Center is part of your original invoice for your convenience. Packages must be sent prepaid (insured if possible). We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries. All credits will be refunded to your original method of payment.

[ Step 3: Replacement or Refund ]

When your return is received, virtueperfume.com will be more than happy to CREDIT your return shipping charges back to your original method of payment. We will then send you a new, replacement item at no extra cost to you immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience. Processing Time

Depending upon how you ship your package and from where you ship your package back to us, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive it. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for all credit card refunds to appear on your statement. For all store credit returns, you will be sent an email which will include your store credit number and amount. Please keep this information in a safe place for future use. Presently all online purchases must be returned/exchanged through our online store.
